Leading IT services company DXC Technology has announced the opening of its new Digital Innovation Lab in Singapore
The lab has been co-developed with the Singapore Economic Development Board, and will enable data scientists and enterprise solution experts to develop innovative tech solutions for the benefit of DXC staff, clients, partners, and the technology and business communities of Singapore and beyond.
DXC’s statement noted that a recent HBR Analytic Services survey found that 79% of respondents believe their organizations have yet to complete the substantial and vital shift to digitization, underpinning the new lab’s ideal position to enable this extensive digital transformation.
Koushik Radhakrishan, vice president and general manager at DXC Technology Asia, said:
“The DXC Digital Innovation Lab Singapore positions DXC Asia at the core of innovation; using advanced technologies and best practices, we localize solutions to address the unique requirements of our clients.”
“With over 40 years of experience in Singapore and Asia, DXC is laser-focused on enabling digital transformation in this rapidly growing region through iterative development, minimally viable products, customer co-creation and user-centric design.”
The firm’s statement said that AI, humanoid robotics, machine learning, IoT and blockchain will be the core technologies undergoing research and development at the Digital Innovation Lab.
