Cathay Pacific adopts Unily's digital workplace technology to drive business improvement

Mirroring well-known social media tools, Cathay Pacific employees will be able to like, share and comment on relevant company news feeds and share work projects in real time.

Hong Kong-based airline Cathay Pacific has rolled out Unily's digital workplace communications software as part of its latest digital transformation efforts.

The new digital employee portal will connect employees based across the world including 26,000 Cathay Pacific employees as well as a further 10,000 business partners.

Mirroring well-known social media tools, Cathay Pacific employees will be able to like, share and comment on relevant company news feeds and share work projects in real time.

Additionally, the platform will also aid communication across borders and business functions.

Cathay Pacific’s new digital employee platform is expected to roll out in the second quarter of 2019.
